Common questions
Clear answers before you get started.
Does it cost customers anything to post a job?
No. Customers can post jobs and compare quotes without a platform charge during the founding Wide Bay pilot.
Where is Tradie Marketplace available?
The controlled pilot is starting in Bundaberg and selected Wide Bay postcodes. People outside an open area can register their interest as the marketplace expands.
When does a tradie see my street address?
Your exact street address stays private while you compare quotes. It is shared only after you choose a tradie for the job.
How do I choose the right tradie?
Compare the quote, profile, verification information, reviews and messages before deciding. You remain in control of who you choose.
